Another impressive win for our York RI Squash Team at home to Pockliington 3. Solid wins for Ian (3-0), John (3-1) and Richard (3-1), whilst Jess played an epic 5 game match, some lovely squash and narrowly lost 15-13 in the 5th game, however, still earning the team a vital 2 league points.
Man of the Match has to go to Drew, who played with determination and skill to secure a 3-1 victory in his first team win of the season.
A great team effort all round, rewarded with a 19-6 points win to keep us firmly in the Division 5 title race and our promotion hopes alive. Well played team.
